1. What is a LyfeGo Pass?

LyfeGo Pass is a monthly subscription that provides you with island-wide access to sports classes run by sports academies and coaches spanning across many different sports, in Singapore.

Upon signing up for the LyfeGo Pass, you will receive a certain number of credits per month (depending on your plan), to try out and enjoy classes across different sports.

2. Where can I find the schedule and location of the classes?

3. How do I sign up for classes on LyfeGo?

To sign up for a class on LyfeGo:

Step 1: Purchase the LyfeGo Pass

Step 2: Head to the “Find sports classes” page

Step 3: Make a booking by clicking on the button indicating the number of credits needed for the class

Step 4: Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours. Should the class not be slots, you will be informed of such as well.

4. How do LyfeGo credits work?

You will receive a set number of LyfeGo credits (depending on the plan purchased), upon the purchase of the LyfeGo pass. These credits can be used to attend classes across different sports. Unused LyfeGo credits can be rolled over to the next month.

5. How can I reschedule for classes?

You can head to the Manage booking section in your User admin portal to cancel the class, and then proceed to book the same class that will be held in a future date in the Find sport classes page. However, please do note that late cancellation charges are subject to the vendors conducting the classes. Their cancellation policies can be found when you click on a class listing.

6. What if I fail to show up for classes?

If no advance notice is given or your classes have failed to be rescheduled due to invalid reasons such as late rescheduling (eg. after 24 hours before class starts), your class credit will be automatically deducted and not refunded.

7. What if I have valid reasons like fever etc?

Reasons like fever are potentially acceptable as long as a valid MC is provided to us, but we will decide on a case-by-case basis subject to the ultimate decision of the vendor providing the sport class.

8. What if my classes are cancelled by the academy?

In the case of class cancellation by the academy due to reasons like wet weather, we will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule the class to another day or refund you the class credit when appropriate.

9. How will I be able to track how many LyfeGo credits I have left?

You will be able to keep track of the amount and usage of your LyfeGo credits in the User admin portal of our website.

10. Can I pause my LyfeGo membership?

You can pause your membership by dropping us an email at hello@lyfego.com. We will then send you a form to indicate the details of the planned membership pause.

11. How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by heading to the Membership section of your User admin portal. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the option that will allow you to cancel your membership. 

12. What is the LyfeGo refund policy?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds of the LyfeGo Passes we currently offer.

However, if your subscription is cancelled prior to the end of a period for which you have incurred a charge, due to your relocation, disability or death; provided, however, in each case we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of any class or other services or products you may have used or received prior to your cancellation and to ask for proof of such changed condition, to the extent permitted by law.

13. How do I change my plan?

You can change your plan in the Membership section of your User admin portal on the LyfeGo website. Should you wish to change your plan before you finish using all the credits of your current plan, the remaining credits will be rolled over into the new plan. 

14. What happens to unused LyfeGo credits at the end of the subscription period?

They will be rolled over into the next month. However, if you do not have a subscription for the next month, the unused LyfeGo credits will be invalidated.

15. How should I prepare for the classes?

How you should prepare for the class varies depending on the nature of the class and the school or coach conducting the class. You can refer to the “How to prepare” section when selecting a class to book.

16. What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policies for the classes on LyfeGo follow the cancellation policies of the school or coach conducting the class. You can find this information when selecting a class to book. That being said, most classes have a cancellation policy of 24 hours before class starts

17. What happens when it rains for classes held outdoors?

The inclement weather policies of classes on LyfeGo follow the inclement weather policies of the school or coach conducting the class. You can find this information when selecting a class to book.

18. What sports would I have access to on LyfeGo?

We currently give our users access to classes across golf, tennis, table tennis, badminton, beach tennis, beach volleyball, squash, pickleball, kayaking, basketball, dance, archery, swimming, boxing, Muay Thai, karate, pilates, yoga, cycling, running and skating

19. Can I try out the same sport more than once?

Yes you can.

20. Can I try out the same sports academy more than once?

Yes you can.

21. Would there be prerequisites in skill or ability for joining some classes?

This information will be available to you in the Info section when you select a class for booking. Most classes in LyfeGo are beginner friendly except for some intermediate and advanced level classes.

22. Who should I contact in case of issues with my LyfeGo credits or with the classes?
